louis paul jeffrey-hills sadly passed away after a brave fight for life after his traumatic birth on 5th july, he touched so many people in his short 4 days of his life.his parents darren and dominique were so couragious and a shinning example to us allconsidering they are only 16 and 17 respectively.my love goes out to them and louis and all the family and friends who will be there to support them .xxx
no one will ever no louis what you went through in those 4 days you were alive, but all we know now sweetheart is you are at rest little manxx
